Family Hub is a small private app run by one person for a handful of households. This is the short, honest version.
What it is
A shared organiser for a household: what is on today, a calendar, jobs and rewards. It is provided free, as is, by invitation.
What is expected of you
- Use it for your own household.
- Keep your password to yourself.
- Only connect calendars that are yours, or that you have permission to connect.
What you should not rely on
This is a household organiser, not a critical system. Do not depend on it alone for anything that matters seriously, such as medication times or medical appointments. Keep those somewhere you trust as well.
It runs on free hosting and may occasionally be slow or unavailable. There is no guarantee of uptime and no support desk.
Stopping
You can stop using it whenever you like and ask for your household to be deleted. Equally, it may be shut down at any time, since it is run privately as a favour rather than as a business.
